We got an opportunity to head to downtown Dallas before they      demolished the Affiliated Computer Service Building to get a picture of a piece of history. Even if it’s nothing to gawk at, the tower was demolished with a slight delay. It didn’t demolish or so some of it didn’t. The elevator shaft decided it wanted to stand for another week or so. 

After the first demolition estimated 1,500 people signed a petition to UNESCO to make it a World Heritage Site, after which it became a tourist attraction. For a couple weeks people were lined up everywhere they could to get a picture with the structure. #leaningtowerofdallas
